I am sooo fluffy guys...

One of my resolutions is to work out. I have been doing a 30 day yoga challenge and did some Turbo Fire with my bestie in Fort Worth this weekend. She recently became a Beachbody coach and is making great changes for herself and others! She's convinced me to try shakeology. I've had two shakes so far and they were pretty good! I did some grocery shopping so I can't wait to try out some of the other recipes. My aunt and I are using portion control and eating clean. I even bought new tupperware to get organized. I've got a Pinterest board for healthy recipes. I got a new calandar/checklist app that makes me smile with each reminder on my new phone :) 

I even ordered these! I really cannot allow myself to come up with any excuses. My friend even got me to join a challenge group with her to keep me motivated and accountable. Let me tell you, having Jessi take my measurements and stepping on that scale was NOT fun.I am determined to get those numbers down! She has inspired to make a plan and stick to it!

Do polka dots make you as happy as they make me? I swear, I can’t get enough! I picked six of my recent Pinterest finds to share with y’all. Most people are aware of my love (obsession) with polka dots. They’re just so nice! They make me feel happy and light. Look at that mustard shirt! How can you NOT be happy when you see a sun-shiny color like that?! And that peach scarf?! Freakin beautiful.

That’s me in one of my newest polka dot shirts. A huge thanks to my Grandpa Tony for getting me an Old Navy gift card. I haven’t shopped there in FOREVER. I went while I visited one of my favorite peeps in Fort Worth. Who knew Old Navy had such cute stuff?? I sure as hell didn’t. They even have accessories now! You better believe I bought a necklace AND two bracelets. I was also very tempted to buy this polka dot shirt in every color they had available…but I had some self control.

Easy Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

I decided to go on another Pinterest adventure! I really wanted something yummy. I also thought it would be FANTASTIC if it required little to no effort at all. I’ve seen this pin quite a few times, so I decided to try it out. The best part about it is that the recipe only requires two ingredients. However, if you want frosting on top it’ll require three ingredients. I wanted marshmallow :)

Gather your inexpensive ingredients. I chose spice cake mix, but I’ve seen versions that suggest you could use chocolate cake mix. Just open that bag of cake mix and dump it in a bowl ( I bet you won’t spill as much as I did) and open up that can of pumpkin. Have you ever tasted the pumpkin right out of the can? Let me tell you, it is NOT yummy. haha I was really disappointed with that. Anyway, mix ‘em up! The mixture will be SUPER thick, so be prepared for that.

Pop those in the oven for the suggested time on the cake mix box. When they’re close to being done they smell SOOO wonderful! While I had these in the oven I was working on my fluffies for the craft fair. This is such an easy recipe! Once they’re done baking, let them cool down a bit. OR you can go right ahead and spread some tasty marshmallow fluff on them so they’re nice a gooey :)

Do you love this stuff as much as I do? I realized I hadn’t had any in such a long time. I thought it would taste great on top of the pumpkin spice cupcakes. I was RIGHT. :)
